Gertrude Hawk Chocolates has come a long way since our inception in 1936. We are a company committed to growing as an economic enterprise while remaining supportive of our local community.
GHC has remained a small and respected company over the years yet has recently been through significant growth as we branch out into new market places and new product lines.
We are proud to say we are experts in the Ingredients Inclusions arena which currently accounts for 30% of our company’s business. Inclusions are small bite sized chocolate pieces found in ice cream and baking products. We also have a strong Retail Division which supports over 75 stores within our home market of Pennsylvania and throughout New York and New Jersey.
While remaining focused on our flagship divisions, Ingredients and Retail, Gertrude Hawk Chocolates also operates other important areas such as Fund Raising, Wholesale Division, Macy’s Frango Mints and lastly, Contract Manufacturing. While simultaneously leading several businesses within our organization, we remain true to our traditional time-honored recipes and focus on paving the way for new and exciting ways to enjoy the taste of Gertrude Hawk Chocolates.
