We are proud to say we are experts in the Ingredients Inclusions arena. Inclusions are small bite sized chocolate pieces found in ice cream and baking products. We also have a strong Retail Division which supports over 65 stores in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
While remaining focused on our flagship divisions, Ingredients and Retail, Gertrude Hawk Chocolates also operates other important areas such as Fund Raising, Wholesale Division, Macy’s Frango Mints and lastly, Contract Manufacturing. While simultaneously leading several businesses within our organization, we remain true to our traditional time-honored recipes and focus on paving the way for new and exciting ways to enjoy the taste of Gertrude Hawk Chocolates.
