Our chocolates delivered to you, in perfect condition
At Gertrude Hawk Chocolates we take as much care in shipping your order placed online as we do making the product that goes into it. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives
We suggest shipping your order to an address where the recipient will be available to receive the package. We cannot control where UPS may leave your package, for example, on a front porch or outside in the elements. Our products are perishable and should not be left unattended for extended periods of time. We accept orders to be shipped within the contiguous United States. We regret that we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, FPO, APO or any country outside of the United States.
Gertrude Hawk Chocolates does not ship or deliver on weekends. All orders placed after 12:00 PM (NOON) EST on Fridays and orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday of the following week.
We pride ourselves in the speediness of our shipping and fulfillment department. Daily order cut-off is 12:00 PM (NOON) EST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (NOON) EST will be calculated as if the order were placed the following day. Please take into consideration these conditions when choosing your delivery method.
Standard Shipping: Orders placed with standard shipping will leave our facility and be delivered within 1-7 business days of the date the order was placed.
Three Day Shipping: Orders placed with
Two Day Shipping: Orders placed with
Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (NOON) EST with overnight shipping will leave our facility on the same day the order was placed and will be delivered by the end of the following business day. Warm States will not leave until the following Monday if placed after Daily order cut-off of 12:00 PM (NOON) EST
Saturday Delivery: Saturday
Gertrude Hawk Chocolates reserves the right to change or modify shipping policies at any time. We will not be responsible for any delays in shipments due to adverse weather conditions beyond our control.
